I’m not sure what they mean by ‘concept restaurant’ here in Hamad Airport. On closer inspection almost every square in this mosaic carries an American theme. There are a few international tokens but mostly there are repeated themes of big cars, American airlines, gas stations and route 66. I simply see red.
