Almost

Sometime ‘almost’ really is good enough.

When the moon is almost full the shadowed edge is has structure and detail of craters that is lost on a full moon.

When the the sky is completely clear of cloud there is nothing to put context around an otherwise bright object in a black sky.

This almost full moon in an almost clear sky is good enough for me.
